Zalt is a cross-platform reminder and task management application that allows users to create, manage, and receive notifications for reminders across iOS and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

To use Zalt, you must:

  • Sign in using a valid Google account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Zalt offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time through your device's app store
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google's refund policies
  • Prices may change with advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages

You retain ownership of the reminders and content you create. By using Zalt, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zalt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for missed reminders due to device settings, network issues, or other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zalt and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zalt at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
